Our Objective

An e-commerce Company using innovation, creativity and good business practice to deliver strong growth in income and earnings, where people feel valued, enjoy working together and are able to fulfil their potential whilst being privileged to impact the lives of a generation of children who otherwise would be without hope.

HOPEHIV

We searched for a charity whose values and vision match our own motivation and who work in innovative ways using repeatable solutions whilst developing leaders to deliver sustainable results. The outcome of our search was HOPEHIV, a charity founded in 1998 which seeks to offer those children in sub-Saharan Africa who have been affected or infected by HIV/AIDS, the love, protection, and support they need, to build foundations of hope for the future within their communities.

We were keen to support a very visible project and having been presented with a number of options our employees chose that we should fund the running of a nursery school for pre-school AIDS orphans in Kibera, a slum on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. We also support the Masaka Primary School. Based in Uganda this school has been set up to help children who cannot speak or hear.

We also support the work of the Undungu Society and Kenya Psycho Social Support; both important long term projects that aim to train, enable and rehabilitate children and young people.

We feel truly privileged to be able to work with HOPEHIV and are constantly looking for ways to strengthen our involvement. Through increased funding, sharing of skills, development of a wider support network, and wherever possible, assisting in practical ways, we broaden our horizons and stimulate our vision.
